Cape Town Energy Efficiency Forum Awards 2015

Cape Town’s Energy Efficiency Forum are gathering nominations for buildings and operations that have successfully implemented energy efficiency interventions and shown leadership in energy efficiency for the Energy Efficiency Forum Awards 2015.

The Energy Efficiency Forum for the Commercial Sector created this annual Forum Awards to commend excellence in energy efficiency. The Forum partners aim to recognise leadership and encourage businesses to continue reducing their energy consumption.

There are three award categories recongnising:

  • A successful retrofit project in EXISTING SMALL building/ operations
  • A successful retrofit project in EXISTING LARGE building/ operations
  • A new building/ operation, either large or small.

Applications will be judged on their implementation of significant energy efficiency interventions, including both technological improvements and behaviour change, which have resulted in substantial reductions in energy consumption and are likely to be sustainable.

The winning applications will be recognised at an awards ceremony in November 2015.
